The Healer

For a child is born to us. A son is given to us. And His name will be called.  A wonderful counselor, mighty God, eternal Father and Prince of Peace.
Have you ever stopped to think about the deeper meaning of the birth of Jesus Christ? Christ's birth is not at all about trees and tinsel and lights and gifts, it's something far more important. His birth was not the ordinary birth of an ordinary man. It was the birth of one of the most unique persons in history.
Today everyone talks about words like love, peace, and forgiveness. But do any one of us follow it? If we look into the history of different religions, there is not a single religion that does not spread the message of love, peace, and forgiveness. Every religion spreads the message of love and peace. Hardly anyone of us follows it. But Jesus lived with these words. At the time of the crucifixion, Jesus said-
" Father forgive them for they do not know what they do"
The birth of Jesus Christ was the incarnation of God Himself. His birth was the mingling of God with humanity. Such a  thing had never occurred before and this made him unique. We all possess the qualities of gentleness, forgiveness, love, kindness, and truthfulness but we don't want to bring it in our day to day use. Today we remember him by celebrating His birthday as Christmas day but we forget His teachings, His sacrifices, and love for humanity.
He came into this world and lived as a man walking the roads of life and experiencing it just like you and me. As a savior, He came to safeguard and lead us on the right path. He announced the coming of the Kingdom of God and commanded everyone. He met everywhere to change and adapt to the way of life portrayed by that coming Kingdom. We all may not be able to become Jesus Christ but at least we can try to be like Him. Remember _ " It is love that generates love, not hatred " What can't be won by hatred can be won by love. These were the thoughts of God's beloved son Jesus Christ.
